Four hundred square feet in the lobby of the historic Hotel Holmes in Uptown Westerville, a space where coffee shops had lived their time before.

Talip was a 21-year-old college dropout without a purpose. Then coffee changed his life: he fell in love with the science of espresso and started roasting. Today there are two cafés, in Westerville and in Delaware, where his sister Eslem runs her own Espresso Air.
